Meet Sandra Cruz
Real estate has never been just a career for me—it’s a calling rooted in service, relationships, and helping people create a better future for themselves and their families.
Originally from Colombia, I came to the United States with a deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and the opportunities that homeownership can provide. Those values continue to guide everything I do today. As a wife, mother of two, grandmother to a wonderful grandson, and excited grandmother-to-be awaiting the arrival of my granddaughter this October, family is at the heart of everything I do. I understand firsthand the importance of having a place to call home and the role it plays in creating memories, security, and lasting legacies.
I hold degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate Management, which provide the foundation for my strategic approach to real estate. Since becoming licensed in 2004, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families throughout Central Florida successfully buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Since 2014, my real estate partner, Antonio, and I have worked together as a real estate team, combining our experience, dedication, and shared commitment to delivering exceptional service. Our goal is always to make the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.
What truly sets me apart is my commitment to building genuine relationships. I believe every client deserves honest guidance, exceptional communication, and an advocate who will protect their best interests every step of the way. In addition to real estate, I am passionate about education and community outreach. Through Home Buying 101 seminars and educational workshops, I strive to empower individuals and families with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and build long-term wealth through homeownership.
Outside of real estate, I am also the founder of Mila’s Artisan Designs, a business that brings handcrafted jewelry from Colombia to the United States while supporting socially conscious artisans and small family-owned businesses. This work reflects my belief that success is most meaningful when it helps create opportunities for others and strengthens communities.

Meet Antonio Bartolomei
As a fully bilingual real estate professional fluent in both English and Spanish, I have proudly served buyers and sellers throughout the Orlando metropolitan area since 2004. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, I bring more than two decades of real estate experience, including successful tenures as a Sales Representative with Lennar and Taylor Morrison. Licensed in the State of Florida, I am passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate process with confidence by ensuring they are well-informed, strongly represented, and completely satisfied with their real estate experience.
Before entering real estate, I enjoyed careers as a musician and a Licensed Massage Therapist, experiences that strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others. These qualities continue to shape my approach to real estate today, where building relationships and earning trust are at the center of everything I do.
My diverse life experiences have also given me a unique perspective on people, communities, and what truly makes a place feel like home. Over the years, I have lived in the Caribbean, Brooklyn, and San Diego, experiences that broadened my appreciation for different lifestyles, cultures, and neighborhoods. Traveling the world, exploring new destinations, and immersing myself in different cultures is both a passion and a source of inspiration. I enjoy learning from people of all backgrounds and believe these experiences help me better connect with the diverse clients I serve.
Family is the foundation of my life. Living close to my parents and three brothers is one of my greatest blessings, and I cherish every opportunity to spend time with my four beautiful nieces. Strong relationships with family and friends have taught me the importance of connection, loyalty, and genuine care—values I bring to every client relationship.
When I'm not helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, you'll likely find me reading, taking day trips around Florida, relaxing at the beach, playing pool, working out, traveling, or spending quality time with family and friends.
